Hindenach, Sharon M.

HINDENACH – Sharon Marie Hindenach, aged 65 of Newaygo (formerly of Kentwood), passed away Saturday, Feburary 27, 2010, after a 5 month battle with cancer.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Reva Lagendyk; two brothers; one sister; also her grandson, Jared.  She is survived by her children, Dan (Stacey) of Wyoming, Shawn (Kris) of White Cloud, Len of Newaygo, Todd (Jessica) of Kentwood, Denise (Matthew) Scott of Newaygo; 16 grandchildren: Sara, Michael, Dustin, Kylie, Zachery, Brittany, Destiny, Tyler, Jordan, Kennedy, Logan, Emily, Chase, Hope, Grace, Faith; one great grandchild; brother and very special sister-in-law, James and Kathleen Lagendyk; special niece, Dawn Babcock; also many other special nieces and nephews, family and friends.  Special thanks to the staff at Hospice of Michigan.  Funeral services will be held 1:30 PM Thursday, March 4 at the Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel.  The family will greet relatives and friends Wednesday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM.  Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan.  Memories and condolences to Sharon’s family may be shared at www.stegengafuneralchapel.com.

  2. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you in your time of grief. Sharon was awesome person. I worked with her at Lescoa/Meridan. We became good friends. I'd lost track and finally found out she moved to Croton, but I never got the chance to see her again.She loved her kids and grandkids her bright blue eyes would always light up.God Bless all of you.Always know your mom and grandma loved you so much.
