In our arms for a moment, in our hearts forever.  Our son, Tyler Byron Moore was born and passed away on Monday, January 11, 2010.  He will be lovingly remembered, but sadly missed by his parents, Christopher and Jamie (Schultz) Moore and twin sister, Samantha, of Rockford; grandparents, Doug Moore of Warren, Joyce and Les Smith of Mississippi, Randy and Ann Schultz of Presque Isle; Uncles, Jacob Moore of Grand Rapids and Ryan Schultz of Portage; great grandfathers, Carl Pilarski and the late Ed Schultz of Rogers City; many extended family and friends.  He was preceded in death by great grandparents Frank and Eleanor Moore, Patricia Cornish, Forest Baker, Betty Schultz, and Blanche Pilarski.  A Service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 31st at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Dr. NE, Belmont.  His family will greet relatives and friends Saturday from 1:00 PM until time of services.  Memorial contributions may be made to Saint Mary’s Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.  Checks made payable to Saint Mary’s Doran Foundation, 200 Jefferson Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.  Include a note indicating the funds are designated for the NICU in the name of Tyler Moore.  Condolences may be shared at www.stegengafuneralchapel.com.
