Dryfhout - Cornelius “Neil” Dryfhout aged 63 of Grand Rapids, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2018. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeremy Dryfhout, parents, Cornelius and Jennie Dryfhout. Cornelius is survived by his wife, Roxie, daughter, Jennifer Dryfhout; step-son, Rick (Jerrilynn) Anderson; grandchildren, Dustin Acton, Charity Walls, Olivia Anderson, Ian Anderson, Hunter Blackwood, Dehlylah Blackwood; brother, Chuck (Maria) Dryfhout, sisters, Carol (Marv) Venema, Connie (Dale) De Groot; brother and sisters in laws, Barb Butler, Ann Wright, Eileen Chrysler, Lavonne Barker, Dawn Marek, Rick (Cathy) Wright. Neil served 10 years in the US Navy. He served as an usher at Calvary Church and enjoyed fishing. He was an avid pool player and like to instruct other players. Funeral services will be held 12:00 Noon, Friday, March 2, 2018 at Calvary Church; 707 East Beltline Ave. NE. with visitation one hour prior to the service.
