We were blessed with Gordon & Ruth coming into our lives a few years ago. Herb and Joyce, our neighbors and friends across the street here in Byron Center, shared with us that his brother Gordy lived close to our place in Sun City. As we found out, they actually live right down the street from us, and they became our neighbors and our friends as well. Whenever we were in AZ we found different restaurants to go to, played cards, or simply sat and talked. Gordy picked the restaurants depending on his taste and appetite at the time, but somehow he always managed to eat a big meal when he was with us. We liked to tease him about that. We liked listening to his stories and shared a lot of laughs. Our times together always seemed to go by too quickly, but they were very special. We will miss you very much Gordy!
