I send my deepest condolences to Theresa's family and friends. In addition to Schoolcraft, Theresa also taught Spanish classes at Kalamazoo Valley Community College where I also teach Spanish. She was an incredibly warm, friendly, and kind person and we all miss her deeply. I will donate to the Humane Society today in her memory.

My prayers and condolences go out to Jim and Kim Huyge and to the family. Theresa touched my heart when she went to st Mary Magdalen. She was a big part of my life back then and wished that I would have kept more in touched with her. She was a true angel and saint. I will always remember her big heart and kind words. Her smile will always carry on with me. She will be missed and forever loved.

Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing.  And when you have reached the mountain top, then you shall begin to climb.  And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then shall you truly dance.  Khalil Gibran

To the family of Theresa Lockhart:  Theresa was only our Spanish teacher for one year at Ross Beatty Jr/Sr High School; however, she was immediately part of our small school family. She was a very caring person and was liked by all of her colleagues. She taught our students in a very caring and accepting manner.  Theresa will be well missed by all of us in our Cassopolis Community.  With our deepest sympathy,  The staff at Ross Beatty High School
