We were all saddened here at Regatta Pointe to hear of Bob's passing. He amazed us all with his fearless ability to travel the world in his mid 80s and beyond. He was always friendly and willing to help a neighbor. His advice after returning from his excursion to Australia and New Zealand was to "take lots of money—-it is expensive there". I was told that he had a girlfriend at the care unit where he resided his last two years. That sounds just like Bob. My condolences to his family and friends. I was so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He was a "can do" guy! He loved his cactus garden he built in Boulder City, NV while he lived at Regatta Pointe. It took Bob 10 years to create and he was so proud of it. I have attached some pictures, He relocated to Grand Rapids during 2016 and we still miss him!
