Jerry,  Thank you for letting me know of the passing of your mother. I was so sorry to hear the news. She was one lady that I sincerely looked forward to seeing every year. Jerry,  I worked at the Water Treatment plant and the Gezon Pumping station for your Dad and after he retired, I sometimes would stop at their house in Wyoming to see how your parents were doing. On Loraine Street growing up across the street from Geraldine (Mrs. Homminga), Bill and Gerald I will always have fond memories spending time with them. Whether hanging out with Gerald or making ice cream in the backyard. She was very Gracious, Kind and Caring. Wish I could be there. I have a lot of respect for this wonderful lady! What fun neighbors Bill and Gerry were. I have many fond memories of this couple. I always enjoyed our belly laughs, back yard conversations, playing skipbo or having dinner together. Bill and Gerry were like parents to Rhonda and I as we were newly married living in our first house next to them. You will be missed Gerry! However…I know that you have met your Savior and have been reunited with your husband…I have a hard time being sad about that. Women like Gerry are very rare!
