SERBA- James J. Serba, known as “Jim” age 82 of Grand Rapids, MI, passed away Sunday June 10, 2018. He was born July 26, 1935 in Grand Rapids, MI. Jim enjoyed spending time with his great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Barb Carlson; sister and brother in-law, Lorraine and Bill Holt; brother and sister in-law, Marcel and Donna Serba; brother, Edward Serba; brothers in-law, Gordy Barnes, Jim Oppenhuizen; sisters in-law, Criss Serba, Blanch Stebbins. Jim is survived by his wife, Janet Serba; sisters, Rita Oppenhuizen, Marlene Barnes; brothers, Bob Serba, Bernie (Marcia) Serba; brother in-law, Gaylord Stebbins; grandson, Rich Carlson; special friend, Theresa Tozer; great grandsons, Parker, Logan, and Tanner Carlson.
