TURCHAN - John A. Turchan, age 85, passed away Monday, June 3, 2019. He was preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Carol Turchan; parents, Andrew and Anna Turchan. John is survived by his children, Diane (Robert) Schamay, Mary-Lynn (Art) Foster, Nancy (Craig) Priebe, Laura (Michael) Lomonoco, Gary (Paula Trobridge) Turchan, Kristi (Ann Tuttle) Turchan,; 7 grandchildren; brother, Ron Turchan; sister, Joan Breiten; several nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Del Kerney. A Memorial Mass will take place 11:00 AM Monday, June 10 at Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church, 4865 11 Mile Road NE, Rockford. John’s family will greet relatives and friends one hour prior to mass at the church.
