Mr. Leopoldo Figueroa aged 95 went to be with the Lord Friday, September 27, 2019. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lupita Cowham; daughter-in-law, Judith Figueroa; son-in-law, Arturo Diaz; siblings, Santa Sanchez, Rafael Figueroa, Teresa (Muncho) and Marina Carrasquillo. Surviving are his children, Leopoldo (Dorothy) Figueroa, Ismael (Anna) Figueroa, Rafael Figueroa, Jimmy (Linda) Figueroa, Anita Diaz, John (Noele) Figueroa, Santa (Corey) Sokolowski; son-in-law, Doug Cowham; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM October 4, 2019 at St. Joseph the Worker Church, 225 - 32nd St. SW., with visitation one hour prior to Mass at Church.
