Cottingham - Luan Cottingham aged 93 of Wyoming, passed away Thursday November 28, 2019. She was preceded in death by her son and daughter-in-law, Steven (Cecelia) Cottingham. Luan is survived by her son, Frank; grandchildren, Maria (Larry Cantrell) Sileven, Joseph F. Cottingham; great grandchildren, Paris, Piper, Jacob and Braydon.
