STEGENGA - Mrs. Marjorie V. Stegenga aged 94 passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; granddaughter, Cheryl; brothers, John and Reggy Higgs. Surviving are her sons, John “Lee” (Vicki De Jesus) Stegenga, Robert “Bob” (Renee) Stegenga; grandchildren, Troy (Gina) Stegenga, Jennifer (Jeff) Horon; great grandchildren, Seamus, Rhiannan, Sophie, Elsbeth; former daughter-in-law, Linda Stegenga; sister-in-law, Marilyn Stegenga; several nieces and nephews. Marge loved their many winters spent in Florida and living on the lake near Newaygo. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Saturday, January 26, 2019 at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel - Wyoming, 3131 S. Division Ave. The family will greet relatives and friends Friday from 4 to 6 PM and one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral chapel. In lieu of flowers memory contributions may be made to Spectrum Hospice. Not sure if you remember, our families were next door neighbors on Blandford Ave for many years, many many years ago. My mom and dad, (Evert & Kay DeGraaf) & your folks were friends.
