Randy is survived by his siblings, Deborah Stirrup, Stanley Stirrup; sister-in-law, Louise Stirrup, nieces and nephews, Christen Frankel, Michele (James) Leady, David (Amber) Stirrup; great nieces and nephews, Joshua, Kayla, Jacob, Alexa, Isabella, Lucy.
