Ursa Y. Ainsworth aged 83, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth L. Ainsworth; daughter-in-law, Helen; siblings, Virginia, Wilma, Lowell, Frank and Glenn. Surviving are her children, Sally (Charles) Bouwens, Judy (Mike) Lubbers, Kim Ainsworth, Vicky (Steve) Snyder, Kurt (Evangeline "Vange") Ainsworth, Kevin Ainsworth; 11 grandchildren, Chris (Juhls) Bouwens, Aaron Bouwens, Ericka (Dave) Risko, Kayla (Luke) Reynolds, Pike Ainsworth, Rhett Ainsworth, Amanda Paasch, Holli (Paul) Huyser, Meghan Ainsworth, Blake Ainsworth, Garrett Ainsworth; 15 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild on the way; brother, Russell Perry; sister-in-law, Linda (Carroll) Ardema; very special cousin, Mary LeMaire; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Ursa retired from Grand Valley Nursing Home. Ursa's family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Ole Rock Manor and Vista Springs Northview for their wonderful loving care. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Plainfield Christian Church, 7255 Pine Island Dr. NE. Her family will greet relatives and friends Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel - Belmont, 1601 Post Dr. NE., and one hour prior to the service Thursday at Church. Interment Rosedale Memorial Park. Memorial contributions in Ursa’s memory may be made to Great Lakes Caring Hospice.
