I had the pleasure of working with Wanda for many years at Kirtland Community College. She was not only a co-worker, she was a good friend. Wanda was one of the kindest people I have ever met. My deepest condolences go out to all her family and friends during this difficult time.

My thoughts and prayers are with you after your loss. Wanda was a great friend while she worked at Kirtland Community College. I had goats I could no longer take care of and she and her husband took them in. I was so very thankful to them for that. What stories we shared! (Sandy Figley)

I met Wanda the first time I walked into the FOCUS (Fellowship of Christian United Singles) classroom at Calvary Church in Grand Rapids. She immediately made me feel welcome, and right at home, as she and others did with every new member. I attended this class from 1999 until its demise in 2005/2006. Wanda always had a big smile, and the love of God in her heart…

Wanda was a part of our singing group, In His Service, and we always trusted her expertise in singing her part, and her commitment to the group. She had a ready smile and a spark that was contagious. She will be missed, but we are sure she is singing in Jesus' presence. We are left with many fond memories and the hope to see her again, and sing with her in praising our Lord.
