Barb Honderd

Barb Honderd, age 81, of Grandville, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 5, 2024. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 59 years, Bill Honderd; children, Tim and Louise Honderd, Steve Honderd, Joel Honderd, and Doug and Becky Brandt; grandchildren, Leanna, Adam and Moriah, Bethany, William, Anna, and Wyatt; great-grandchildren, Annika, Kiara, and Alaina; siblings, Phil and Anne Dykhouse, Gloria Mulder, Nancy Brinks, Betsy and Jerry Joubert, Laurie and Ben Holst. Barb was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Ron Mulder. Her kindness and giving spirit was abundant to all that knew her, but her heart was happiest when she was with family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 10, at 2 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Rev. Terry LaDuke officiating. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Thursday, May 9, from 5-7 p.m., as well as one hour prior to the service on Friday from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
