Carol Susan Stanley, age 68, was born April 4, 1955 and passed on March 11, 2024 surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of Frances M. Wolford and Douglas N. Traver.
Surviving are her 4 children, Michelle (Steve) Klompstra, Matthew Meyerink, Nathan Stanley and Timothy (Elise) Stanley. Also surviving are her 11 grandchildren and 6 siblings, Gloria Johnson, Wayne Traver, Bruce Traver, Randy Traver, Wendy Clack and Debbie Cornell; as well as many nieces and nephews.
She enjoyed working with the parks and recreation department and spending time at Lake Michigan.
Goodbyes are not forever, goodbyes are not the end, they will simply mean I will miss you until we meet again.
Now she is free to fly with the butterflies.
A Celebration of Life party will be held at a later date.
