David Alan Nysse

David Nysse, age 76, of Hudsonville, went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, July 26, 2022. He was a faithful husband, dad, and grandpa who dearly loved his family. Dave proudly served with the National Guard. He retired from Grand Rapids Gravel after over 30 years of dedicated employment. Dave was a life-long car enthusiast and loved to spend time fixing and restoring them. He was also blessed with the knowledge of how to fix just about anything. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Linda (Verduin); children, Kari and Ryan Carris, David II and Holly Nysse; grandchildren, Eden, Haedynn, Eli, and Eddie; siblings, Patricia Nysse, Jon and Barb Nysse, James and Jan Nysse, Judith Nysse, Douglas Scott Nysse; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ethel and Jim Stills, Gary and Barb Peters, Bill Verduin; several nieces, nephews, and friends. A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at Bauer Christian Reformed Church, 4958 Bauer Rd, Hudsonville with Pastor Dave TenClay officiating. Burial will take place at Blendon Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday from 5-8 pm at the church, and again one hour prior to the service from 10-11 am on Saturday. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Rehoboth Christian School.
