Edward Pepper, age 84, of Byron Center MI, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2022. Ed was hard-working and dedicated to his family. He was constantly on the move, tinkering with things around the house. He loved to help others out and above all he loved to support his grandchildren at their school and sporting events. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Jim Isenga, Robert Isenga, Donald Isenga, Gerald Pepper; sisters-in-law, Diane Pepper, Hazel Pepper, Shirley Warmelink, Patsy Jamieson; and brothers-in-law, Vern Klamer, Mick Warmelink, Sid Jenkins, and Frank Hibma. Ed will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 61 years, Pat Pepper; sons, Jeff (Shari) Pepper, Scott (Carol) Pepper; grandchildren, Ashley (Cam) Lear, Mitchell (Kelsey) Pepper, Justin (Kaitlyn) Pepper, Corrinne Pepper, Garrett Pepper; six great-grandchildren; siblings, Al (Jeanne) Pepper, Norm (Vita) Pepper, Barb Klamer, Dick Pepper; siblings-in-law, Shirley Isenga, Betty Isenga, Lee Warmelink, Bud (Marge) Warmelink, Linda Hibma, Jack Warmelink, Jerry Warmelink, Barb Warmelink, Sharon Jenkins, Karen (Jim) Foster; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating. Burial will be held at Winchester Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday from 6-8 pm at the funeral home, and also one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
