Ethel was such a blessing at Sunset, a friend to everyone! When I began working at Sunset she recognized my last name and shared that she new my husbands family....we became instant friends and I always enjoyed chatting with her! I was sad to hear of her passing but comforted knowing she is with her Lord and Saviour and we will see each other again. My sincere sympathies to her family.

I knew Ethel from her visits to OAC when I was teaching there, as my boss' wife. She always was so kind to the staff and students. I remember her coming to several of our retiree luncheons. The last time I talked with her was at a friend's funeral held at Sunset Manor a few years ago. She loved to talk about her kids and grandkids. She left a wonderful legacy as a Christian wife and mother.
