Eugene Arthur Kenyon Jr., age 67, of Grandville, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021. Eugene was preceded in death by his wife, Susan. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Jennifer and Tom Crow, Melissa and Jeremy Thompson; grandchildren, Dylan, Tyler, Luna, Noah; great-grandson, Brayden; sisters and brothers, Sandy, Dale, Connie, Mike, with a special thanks to sister and brother-in-law Cindy and Paul; several nieces and nephews. Gene was a kid at heart! He loved playing games of all kinds, especially video games with his grandchildren. Memorial services will be held Thursday 11 am at Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave, Wyoming, with pastor Travis Koeman officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 10 to 11 am at Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 Division Ave, Wyoming. I retired from Steelcase 18 months ago and use to work with Gene years ago in the panel plant, in the 1990’s. He was one of the nicest and hardest working guys around. So sad to see he passed away and suffered from ALS. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. You have my Deepest sympathy.
