Fred W. Bleyerveld, age 81, of Dorr, formerly of Wyoming, joined his Lord on Saturday, December 30, 2023. Fred retired after a career in insurance sales for many years. He loved woodworking, collecting model cars, coins and stamps. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his son, Jim. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 62 years, Donna; children: Lori J. Grzywacz, J. Scott Bleyerveld; grandchildren: David (Ciera) Curtis, Gregory (Deanna) Curtis, Lindsey Smith, Michael Smith, Joli Grzywacz; Zachary (Ashleigh) Bleyerveld, Guysbert (Chelsea) Besselsen, Kory Bleyerveld, Kelsy (David) Mellema; great grandchildren: Audrey, Lillian, Silas, Harlow, AJ, Eleanor, Raylee, Kaelyn, Mayla, Tatum; many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Fred’s life will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at MKD Reception and Event Center, 4145 Chicago Dr. SW, Grandville.
