Grace Vander Kooi

Grace Vander Kooi, age 93, of Jenison, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 7, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Stuart Vander Kooi. Grace was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who took great delight in spending time with her family. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Robert and Karen Vander Kooi, Harry Vander Kooi, and Judy Vander Kooi; grandchildren, Stuart and Kayla Vander Kooi, and Kyle Vander Kooi; many special cousins, nieces, and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Monday, May 16, 2022, at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Chaplain Epke vanderBerg officiating. Burial Georgetown Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Sunday, May 15 from 2-4 pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions in Grace’s honor may be made to the organization of one’s choice.
