Gwendolyn Gilman (Helder), age 77, of Wyoming, passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021. She was a proud member of the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary and the Polish Falcons in Muskegon. She enjoyed golfing and her dogs. She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Richard Robinson, Catherine Hall, Jeffrey Gilman, Richard W. Gilman; grandchildren: Richard G. Gilman, Justin Hall, Amber (Jezreel) Watkins, Jacob, Jonathan, and Jackson Gilman; 15 great-grandchildren; brothers: Robert, James, and John Helder. She was preceded in death by her parents: Jim and Helen Helder; special friend, Jack Irwin. Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 28, 2021, at MKD Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood, with Rev. John Vallier, celebrant. Burial will be held at Lakeside Cemetery in Muskegon, MI. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the staff and chaplain of Faith Hospice for their loving care of Gwen.
