With heavy hearts we say goodbye to our dear best friend, niece, cousin, sister, daughter, and mother, Jenni (Grischke) Bierema. She passed away unexpectedly early Tuesday morning, December 28, 2021 following an acute illness. There are no words for the impact she made on our lives and how deeply she will be missed. We love you Jenni. Memorial services will be held Friday, December 31, 2 p.m. at Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave, Wyoming. Relatives and friends may meet the family for one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a love offering to help Mike and Jane with funeral expenses would be appreciated. There will be a private luncheon for the immediate family after the service.

My heart breaks for your family. I met Jenni while working at Meijer. With a pep in her step and a singing as she worked she brightened my days! I recall buying bogo energy shots setting a timer to see how long before they kicked in….still waiting!
She loved her family so much and I have enjoyed getting to know Matthew. She was so proud of her children. Her love for her mother in law too it blew my mind.

You always made a point to say hi when I stocked grocery and tell me my cheese wall was beautiful knowing that I loved that wall.
You made me laugh, could strike up a conversation about anything and always worked so very hard.
I’ll always hear you when I see ice cream trucks go by; remembering how you’d say how you told your kids when the ice cream truck has music playing it means they’re out of ice cream.
I’m so glad I got to know you at meijer. Huge hugs to your family during this time.
