Kenneth Scott Weber Sr.

April 10, 1963 ~ June 1, 2022

Lt. Kenneth Scott Weber Sr. was received into the loving arms of Jesus on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents: mother, Fern (Robert) Jones and father, Wilbur Weber; his brother, Clyde Weber; and his nephew Scott Weber. He is survived by his wife and childhood friend, Lisa L. Weber; his son, KJ Weber Jr.; his daughters, Jennifier R. Sharper of N.C., Elizabeth M. Weber; “children”, Malik (Jayshon Weber) Lane, Brittney N. Rupe; grandchildren: Devina, Lainey, Graden, Wayne (Bubba), Daeani, Bryson, Kaeya, Zaiden, and Amarianne; his sisters, Kathy (Tony) Kirkland, Karen (Steve) Sims of S.C., Windy (Kerry) Lohr, Callie Weber; his brothers: Robert Weber, Tim (Roxanne) Weber, Wilber Weber of Scottsville MI; and many nieces and nephews. Kenneth proudly served in the U.S. Army and the National Guard, achieving the rank of Lieutenant. Ken was a member of Resurrection Life Church and sang in the choir. He was also active in the disabled community and was an active member of Visually Impaired Persons for Progress. A memorial service will be held at Resurrection Life Church, 5100 Ivanrest SW, Entrance K, on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 11:00 am with visitation at 10:30 am and luncheon to follow. A private interment ceremony will be held at Fort Custer National Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Huntington’s Disease Society Research or The Michigan Council for the Blind and Visually Impaired Radio.
