Linda Hill

Linda Hill, age 68, passed away on the morning of Tuesday, August 27, 2024. She was born and raised in the City of Grand Rapids. She is survived by three of her children, Parlee Bates, Derrick Hill, Jeremy Hill; grandchildren, Davon Bates, Alysia Hill, Keyton Bates; siblings, nieces, nephews and many other family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Larry Hill; daughter, Claudia Williams; her mother, three brothers and a sister. She loved music, watching movies, singing and cooking for her family. Funeral services will be held 11 am Thursday, September 5 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood, with Rev. Jeff DeBoer officiating.  Burial will be held at Pine Hill Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday, September 5 from 9:30 am to 11 am at the funeral home prior to the service.
