August 31, 1952 ~ December 17, 2023

Michael Jay Klunder, age 71, of Wyoming, was called to his heavenly home on Sunday, December 17, 2023. Mike was a kind and loving dad, grandpa, fiancée, and brother who had a huge heart and put others before himself. If anyone needed a hand, Mike was always there to help. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Patricia Klunder. He will be lovingly remembered by his fiancée, Barbara Johnson; children, Kristi Klunder, Kara Magley; grandchildren, Jacob, Peightan, and Dillion; great-granddaughter, Skylar; brothers and sisters-in-law, Roger and Linda Klunder, Ronald and Linda Klunder; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 22, 2023, at 11 a.m. at St. Dominic Catholic Church, 50 Bellevue St. SW, Grand Rapids, with Fr. Danny Orris presiding. The burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Friday from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service at the church.
