Richard Allen Ziomkowski

​Richard Allen Ziomkowski, age 64, of Allendale, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, April 25, 2022. He worked hard to provide for his family and always cherished spending time with kids and grandkids. Richard was an outdoors guy, he enjoyed hunting and fishing, snowmobiling, and loved supporting his children over the years. He was an avid Harley Davidson bike rider and enjoyed going on road trips to places like South Dakota, Indiana, or rides around town with his buddies. He liked to say “drive fast and take chances,” and lived by the motto of “working hard to play hard”. Beneath the surface, Richard was a kind-hearted, generous and loving husband, father, grandpa, and dear friend to many. He will be greatly missed for his grilled cheese, his sense of humor, and his willingness to help anyone in need. Preceded in death by parents, Thomas and Hazel Ziomkowski; brother, Joseph Burba; and father-in-law, Billy Boggs. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 44 years, Kimberly; children, Dylan and Kristina Ziomkowski, Raelynn and Mario Fritz, and Hunter and Lindsay Ziomkowski; grandchildren, Harper, Jaxson, and Jaylen Ziomkowski, Dominic, and Drake Fritz, and Jack Ziomkowski; sister, Joanna Farah; mother-in-law, Marlene Boggs; as well as many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, and several nieces and nephews.
