Robert Dale Lawrence, Sr.

Robert Dale Lawrence Sr., age 82, of Wyoming went to be with his Lord on Saturday, January 27, 2024. He was preceded in death by his mother, Nora Banninger; sister, Doris Lawrence; step-son, David VanDrunen. Bob will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 22 years, Cherry Lawrence; children, Rob Jr. and Lori Lawrence, Larry Lawrence, Gina Stolieckas; 8 grandchildren; 2 great- grandchildren; step-children, Connie Bridges, Kimberly Ann VanDrunen, Tracy Longstreet; extended family and friends. Bob proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps and was a proud Marine veteran. He enjoyed bowling, coaching youth baseball, listening to music, and being with his family. Burial will be held at Fort Custer National Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday, February 21, 2024 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park Ave SW, Wyoming. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association.
