Sarai Tzintzun-Diaz

June 24, 1988 ~ February 3, 2024

Our beloved Sarai passed away peacefully in her home on February 3, 2024 in the morning at the age of 35 years old. She lived with her family in Wyoming, Michigan. She was a faithful servant to Jehovah God, and she certainly leaves behind a good name. – Ecclesiastes 7:1

Sarai was born in Miami, Florida on June 24, 1988 to her parents, Alfredo and Sara Tzintzún. She was the third daughter of four children. She has two older sisters, Mariana and Amy and her younger brother, Jaziel.

As a young girl, she loved learning about Jehovah God so she symbolized her life in dedication to Jehovah God by getting baptized on October 20, 2004 at the age of 16 years old.

Sarai married her husband, Raúl Díaz, the love of her life on July 2, 2011. She truly loved him, and she demonstrated it to him daily. As a Christian wife, she knew that marriage was a lifetime commitment and she kept her love strong with fine qualities such as love and respect. They were happily married for 13 years.

In the beginning of her marriage, she moved to Indiana, where she made many new friends. Raúl and Sarai eventually moved back to Michigan to be closer with family. She received loving support from them while she had a new role in her life as a mother.

Sarai loved her role as a mom, she loved her boys. She would go above and beyond for them to make them feel loved. She loved to do many activities with them, like going swimming, playing games, singing and dancing. She loved taking them to places so that they could experience exciting adventures.

She loved her siblings. She was affectionately called “Tati” by them. Her sister, Mariana, remembers that she loved siting in her parent’s garden on sunny days and enjoyed with family a good cook out made by her dad. She loved evenings with family and close friends, especially karaoke nights full of dancing and singing. Her sister, Amy, remembers that Sarai always loved to laugh, and that she always made friends easily when she went shopping, especially with the elderly. Her brother, Jaziel, often referred to them as a group called the “Core Four”, especially when they got together to play their favorite games Loteria and Sequence.

When you think of Sarai, celebrate the good memories you have of her. We will always love and miss her. Her many loved ones did everything to support her.

Please, remember she is no longer in pain, her life was fragile and short, but Jehovah promises soon that “… he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain will be anymore. The former things have passed away,”-Revelation 21:4

Her life was a living example of her favorite Bible verse, Ephesians 4:32 “And be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God also forgave…”

Her family and friends will always remember her for the beautiful, sweet, and fun person she really was.
