Therese Schneider

Therese Schneider, age 94, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. She was a longtime member of St. Dominic Catholic Church for many years. She loved spending time with her family and children always brought a smile to her face. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward; grandson, Jerud Schneider; son-in-law, Tom Larkin; 2 sisters and 3 brothers. She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Mary Larkin, Edward and Lynn Schneider, Daniel and Marva Schneider, Therese Ann and Doug Hills, Paul and Linda Schneider, Carl and Wendy Schneider, Ted and Sheila Schneider, Jane Zimmerman; 20 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; sister, Blanche Covert; many nieces and nephews. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 2, 2022 at St. John Vianney Church, 4101 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming, with Rev. John Vallier presiding. Burial will be held at Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Sunday from 2-4 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming, with a rosary at 4pm. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Hospice of Michigan.
