Wayne Anthon Vander Klippe

Wayne Anthon Vander Klippe, age 93, went peacefully to be with his Lord on Sunday, August 11, 2024. He served his country proudly in the United States Navy. Wayne was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Shirley (Zoodsma) Vander Klippe. He is survived by his children, Marcia and Dan Bouwman, Ron Vander Klippe, Luanne and Terry Barnes; eight grandchildren and their spouses; twenty-eight great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. Wayne’s funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, 12 p.m., at Raybrook Manor Chapel (2121 Raybrook St., Grand Rapids) with Rev. Steven Poelman officiating. Interment will take place at Fairplains Cemetery. Relatives and friends may greet the family one hour prior to the service from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. on Wednesday at Raybrook Manor Chapel.
