Wayne L. Miller, age 90, of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, October 30, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Norva; brothers, Bartlett Miller, Frank Miller, Francis Miller; sister,Jeanette Franklin. He will be lovingly remembered by his children: Judy and John Horan, Larry and Jenny Miller, Kris and Jon Jansen VanGalen. Grandchildren: Kevin and Tiffany Miller, Katie Miller, Brett and Kelly Holleman, Jessie and Nate Chandler, Kari Klooster (Nick), Jon and Rebecca Jansen VanGalen, Becky and Luke Bronkema. Great grandchildren: Tristin, Torin, Isabelle, Sam, Crosby, Jayden, Arianna, Harper, Brynn, Isla, Ty, Olivia, Remington, Maverick.
Wayne retired from General Motors as a tool and die maker. He was a lifelong member of the Casino Club of Grand Rapids. He dearly loved growing his rose garden for his beautiful wife Norva and bringing her those roses every day. He was very devoted to his family and will be dearly missed.
A private family service will be held. Burial at Blythefield Memory Gardens. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice or to Crash’s Landing.

Wayne was a good friend of ours. We had MANY great times at the Casino Club with him and Joyce and Dave Gregory. He had many, many stories to share with us. He adored his sweet kitty, Snoopy who passed on before him and his current kitty, Gabby. I pray that Gabby gets a good and loving home. Especially since she was so loved by Wayne. We will miss Wayne. A great loss. May God pour blessing and comfort on the surviving family.
