Jourden Kent Perry

Jourden Kent Perry, age 30, of Rockford, passed away unexpectedly and was called home to be with Jesus on Saturday, September 10, 2022. Jourden was a kind and loving son, brother, and friend who always put others before himself. He had a huge tender heart that would help anyone in a moment’s notice. Jourden was blessed with a strong work ethic, working at Amway establishing many friendships there. He enjoyed outdoor activities including hiking, basketball, and skateboarding, and watching UFC. He was preceded in death by his father, Jon Perry; his grandparents, MaryLou and Stan Pulaski, James Eugene Perry. He will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Debra Perry; his siblings, Desiree Perry Reed, Jon J. and Mae Perry, John and Amber Stakelbeck; grandmother, Shirley McMurray; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; his beloved pitbull, Daphne. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 19, 2022, at 2 pm at MKD Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Drive NE, Belmont, with Rev. Jim Reamsma officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday from 1-2 pm at MKD Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Drive NE, Belmont.
