Mary Josephine Farah

Mary Josephine Farah, age 74, of Wyoming, went to be with her Lord on Monday, November 25, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Mary Nickelson; sister-in-law, Sharon Nickelson. Mary Jo will be lovingly remembered by her children, Daniel and Nora Farah, Kim Farah and Steve Kellogg; grandchildren, Gannon Farah and Sheldon Koperski, Hannah Farah, Amber Williams, Nicholas Kamp, Gabriella Kamp; great-grandchildren, Julian Fox, Sebastian Fox, Mackenzie Croner; siblings, Robert Nickelson, Rose and Rob Voogd, Daniel and Jill Nickelson, Fran and Mike Cordell; and numerous nieces and nephews that were very close to her. She had beaten breast cancer for several years, but ultimately lost the battle.  She was best known for her positive outlook on life.  She always had a smile on her face even at her darkest moments.  She lived for her family, friends and love of playing bingo. She enjoyed helping others and putting others ahead of herself. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday, November 27 from 5-7 pm at  Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park Ave SW, Wyoming.
