Patricia Ann Lewis, age 67, of Kentwood, went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. She was preceded in death by a son, Jason; father, Gerald Nylaan; and sister, Mary Jo Nylaan. Patty will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 50 years, Robert; sons, Mikle and Kara Lewis, Rob Lewis; grandson, Merlin; mother; Barbara Nylaan; sisters and brothers, Christina Coleman, Dan Nylaan, Marie and Rick Bierema, Larry and Kris Nylaan, Caroline Nylaan; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Joyce Lewis, Judy Peterman, Bev and Bob Stevens, Craig and Peggy Lewis, Mary Lewis, Lori Drier, Frank Lewis, Dave DeBack; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Patty enjoyed camping, spending time outdoors, reading, and her pets. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022, at 2 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. Burial Grandville Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Sunday from 4 - 8 pm at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
