Richard Allen Hansma

Richard “Sysco Rick” Allen Hansma, age 71, of Middleville, peacefully passed away knowing that he was loved by his family and friends on Monday, March 18, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Mary Hansma; brother, Larry Hansma. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 20 years, Laurie Koza-Hansma; children, Todd (Rhonda) Hansma, Justin (Sara) Hansma, Carlee Hansma, Justin (Barb) Koza; 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sister, Carol Holben. Memorial services will be held 11 am Saturday, March 23 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood, with Rev. Dennis Gilbert officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family Saturday from 10-11 am at the funeral home prior to the service. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice.
